Gen Mgt
a leadership model developed by John Adair that focuses on what leaders actually have to do in order to be effective. The actioncentered leadership model is illustrated by three overlapping circles representing the three key activities undertaken by leaders: achieving the task, building and maintaining the team, and developing the individual.
